Nope. It'll only stop when signautures end up on dotted lines. Then the real fun begins!

It's daft, no way is bale worth that much, Suarez is a bit too bity for the epl, and Rooney should get revenge by signing for west brom and running riot all over the place, or is it about the money oh yeah it is.

Spurs should take the money, £80+ million is a ridiculous amount for Bale. They could buy 2-3 very good players and strengthen the squad.

Rooney will leave Man U, I hope he dont come to Chelsea.

Suarez will leave LFC. The thing about that I dont understand is that he wants Champions League football, which begs the question, why did he join a mid table team in the first place. He will go to Arsenal and next year will want to go to Real Madrid.

It's a bit like a house chain...includes Fabregas and can't think for the life of me a n other.. someone needs to make a move for the chain to continue.

I don't see any of it happening soon.

I'd love it if Bale left for Real Madrid.

Don't want Suarez at Arsenal.

Rooney? He won't leave. But it is dragging on a bit now.

Guess it depends on whether Rodgers did say he can go if pool don't make the champs league... Or if its just smoke and mirrors.

Hopefully it's sorted soon cos I've got a fantasy team to manage too!!

Yes it's in his contract that if pool don't qualify for CL and if a bid of 40mil or more is made then he'd be allowed to go.

Credit to Arsenal though on the cheek of the bid 40mil & 1p

40m was the minimum price does not mean we had to accept that to let him go he will leave but not until the asking price is agreed

Fabregas not going to Man Utd....so can't see Rooney going anywhere.

Liverpool owner just reported as saying Suarez will be a Liverpool player this season and not be sold at any price.. let alone to Arsenal.. one of their rivals for a Champions League place.

David Luiz wanted by Barcelona....Chelsea reluctant to sell but would not consider less than £50m and Baca have bid £35m.

Bale.. .who knows...Tottenham are making some big transfer additions to their squad...sale of Bale to finance this seems inevitable...unless they're going for broke

Reference bale.I think we HAVE taken the money,i believe iits what we are spending now.

I rate Bale, but if he is going, lets get it done.i am bored of it.I supported Tottenham 40 years before Gareth Bale was there, and i will support them after he has gone

"Aslong as suarez stays im not assed.. The guys a god."

I used to follow Liverpool and may do so again if they sell suarez. He is a disgrace of a man, a cheater. I mean, what kind of a man resorts to biting! Twice! How can any club want that sort of player? How can any parent allow their son to have a shirt with suarez on his back? Baffles me.

If I was Spurs I'd be snapping Madrids hands off for anything close to 80 million....ronaldo went for that and Bale is not in the same league at all....didn't even have a good full season last year.

If Bale goes for that amount then Suarez should be in the same bracket except for him being a dirty cheat. I'm a red but I hope what Henry is saying isn't right cos Suarez is going to be hated at Anfield now he's come out and said he wants to go but would love to see him rot in the reserves for a while...but unfortunately money talks so he'll get his wish soon enough but going to Arsenal is a step up?? No chance, they haven't won anything in years and will forever be happy with 4th.

Rooney will spit out his dummy wherever he goes....he would be mad to leave Man U....

But this just shows that modern footballers don't care about what team badge they are kissing....and it's the fans that have to pay...

Interesting twist.....seems Real Madrid are not the only team that have made a bid.

Having spent two days in Spain and with most of the media (what do they know?) reporting that the announcement of Bale signing for Real is imminent he's now on his way back to the UK still a Spuds player.

I think that is spurs way of saying "hurry up....."

mind you.... ladbrokes have taken a lot of bets, and the odds of bale to man u have come down for 20/1 to 5/1 in the last 48hrs....

its not that much of a punt if you know you are going to sell rooney... it makes the overall spending not look that bad....

over at the arsenal.. arsene reckons he may have 2 or 3 in by the north london derby next sunday..... oh i am almost giddy... lol not!!

if chelsea do get eto'o... then i reckon arsene may have another stab at rooney... i would have said 30 mil should do it....

Would Arsene really want Rooney?

Would he be an improvement to the Arsenal squad? If you believe all you read his best years are behind him at 27 years of age

With five days remaining of the transfer window this saga rumbles on...

Rooney remains at Man Utd....Chelsea have turned their attention to signing Samuel Eto'o after apparently having two bids turned down.

Suarez...all gone quiet...latest news that he will probably face Man Utd in the League Cup when his suspension ends.

Bale is a regular flier with easyjet to Spanish destinations but the deal remains to be completed. Now reported that he faces being fined for not returning for training with Spurs. This is after Spurs are looking to take their spending beyond £100m by the end of the transfer window.
