At 45 I am thinking mother nature should choose between spots and wrinkles... not fair having both.... and I am afraid I bust... cant just leave it when its askin to be picked

I still suffer with chronic acne at 37, tried everything possible to get rid (Accutane nearly killed me!). Only thing that helps is Minocycline, L'Oreal men expert face wash with charcoal and resisting the urge to squeeze them.

Yep, gotta squeeze! I use tea tree oil which helps keep them at bay

was never a spotty teen and only ever get the odd one if im stressed.

if its a white head then i pop it, but not to the extent where its pouring blood and it looks worse than if i had left it alone
