I've seen a ghost

Yesterday I saw someone that I haven't seen in years, someone I was very close to that made me very happy but we didn't end well, and now she's back in my life I not sure I want her there, but I haven't stopped thinking about her over the past few years, I'm so confused what do it do?

There is a saying that you shouldn't give up on someone that you think about every day - if it's a relationship then maybe give it another crack. If its not meant to be then at least you will be drawing a line under things. There's nothing worse than the regret of not doing something.

This happens to a lot of people, me included.

Personally, I keep an eye on the reasons why we are no longer together in the first place....

Secondly, I prefer not to look back...

Sometimes you have to put old ghosts to bed....maybe that person wants to remain a ghost so in some words protect yourself and think is it something you want to pursue.

We all have that one person who is like our kryptonite, it's hard to stay away from them, but you have to ask is it going to end in heartbreak ?

stay well clear,it ended for a reason..you're only heading for more heartbreak!

At the moment you're probably on a high remembering all the good times that u had together..never look back only forward

Is a bit of heartbreak so bad? The choice, I suppose, is not to take the risk and in doing so live a life if 'what ifs' or taking a chance and experience the endless emotions and situations possible.

If you break a cup, bin it, you can do what most of us do, try and glue the handle back on, but remember when you put hot water in the cup, the handle will fall off and you will get burnt !

Thanks for all the great advice, I have moved on, and so has she, after 7 years I kinda want to know why, but realise that if its taken us so long then maybe it just ain't worth it, I'm in my happy place and I don't really want extra complications.
