Do you suffer from OCD if you keep having to check thing again and again?. Im finding i keep having to check if ive locked doors lots of time, triple check ive taken all plugs out and check quite a few times if ive not left the handbrake off my car even slightly.

Is that OCD or just being extra careful?

I wouldn't class people who re check everything as OCD, people who really suffer from OCD have their life's taken over by it, some cant even leave the house
