He won't be a hearthrob for the girlies that's for sure.

It'd be a brave departure from recent casting and a good return to talent over youth and looks ...

Yeah Gwanny I guess he's not a heartthrob Doctor...... but I think the plot line has left the possibility River Song could maybe pop up in some guise with just a hint of a love interest for the new Doctor…..
