its his birthday so i made us scallops with a minted pea puree for starters and a spicy seeded bbq beef with couscous roasted veg salad and flat breads for lunch today it was lovely

Im waiting on my quiche - i forgot to take it out the freezer

It's ok, i'd prefer eating a late lunch today anyway - i don't like to eat just before meets and feel bloated!

Close to A55 in our own bubble

More like tea by the time it's ready. We're having roasted chicken with baked potatoes and salad. Then off to a baptism with the eldest. At least I will get some peace and quiet lol
