mobile catering

not sure i am in the right place to post this apologise if not........ have recently started a mobile catering business and would be so greatful if there is anyone who does this for advice on how to make it grow xx

I have a friend who did it after we were made redundant a couple of years back and made some good money from it. I think where it is positioned is the key

If you can get set up at some shows then the profits are even better.

Not much help but good luck with it

Have a look at the worlds fair, a weekly paper available from wh smith or any newsagent, also on line, outside events, and the showmans directory, a handbook of events.

it pays to specialise in a type of cuisine, then there is less competition and easier to get venues.
