Officially a runner!!!!

Or so the lady on my podcast says. Just ran for 25 mins and my total workout was over 3.9km.

Dead chuffed so I went and bought runners world haha

Only 3 weeks till I 'graduate' now

I don't have an iPod. Maybe I'll treat myself for my graduation.

I use runkeeper on my android phone which works well nit has its moments like when it stops my podcast half way through am interval or jumps a km, making me look muchnbetter than I am grrrrrrr

The other day it said I had run a km in aminute!!!

Well done!! Can't wait to get out running again in September when my lad starts at nursery! Ill be doing couch to 5k again as it worked well for me last time but would love to build up to 10k

I'm going to givemyself a fewmonths to hety 5k under 30 mins then start the 10k podcasts.

I've even been looking foe local 5k runs to register for.

Yeah good idea. I was doing 5k in around 25 mins then I got pregnant and spent 4 months puking my guts up so I couldn't run any more.
