Public apology

By *ce Winger OP   Man

P.O. Box DE1 0NQ

To everyone who was at Cupids Beach Party on Saturday.

It appears that I upset some people and let not only myself, but others down and would therefore like to offer my unreserved apologies.

Firstly to Minnie as I was supposed to be your knight in shining armour

Ruby for organising what appeared to be an excellent do

Bambi, Purring Pussy & Minxie also deserve my admittance of humiliation

Paul said he will keep ma Kiss Me Quick hat until next time

*hangs head in shame

You're not gonna be let off that easily.

The 99.9% of forumites who were not there on the night would love to know what happened so that we can all either pass judgement and/or forgive you...

Good on you for apologising Rich - it does take guts to do it in such a public way.

And anyone that wasn't there - it doesn't matter what happened, what matters I'd that he is contrite and has apologised. The past can stay in the past. I am sure our Super has learnt a valuable lesson from this and won't repeat it. I am also sure that he will be welcome to any future events without TOO much ribbing from those that were there...!

Considering that it is the OP that has brought his behaviour to the attention of the vast majority of forum users who weren't there and had no idea, I actually think it's a little rich to tell us all that it doesn't matter and isn;t our business.

Personally I don't care what he did, but if it warrants a public apology it would make me wary of being around him at future socials. It may be a storm in a teacup, this may be nothing more than a look at me thread, or it may be an apology for something totally inappropriatte, I don't know and no way I would take the risk of finding out.

I agree with the earlier poster who said a direct apology to those effected would have been sufficient and more appropriate. If the behaviour was such that a public apology to all attendees and anyone that may have heard rumours of what may or may not have happened then personally that makes me very uncomfortable.

Well personally I prefer to take people at face value when I meet them rather than form opinions from rumours I read online. The OP made a mistake on the night and another mistake in starting a public thread about it so surely a public apology in the forums is the best place to make amends. I for one, having been there, would be more than happy to buy the OP a beer should our paths meet in the future

IF as I suspect the apology was for imbibing too much fun juice, learn from it and don't do it too often! we have occasions where it gets away from us, J did it a few weeks ago, and had to apologise to friends from all over Europe, but would never say don't do it again just don't do it every time!

"To everyone who was at Cupids Beach Party on Saturday.

If the behaviour was such that a public apology to all attendees and anyone that may have heard rumours of what may or may not have happened then personally that makes me very uncomfortable."

I agree. Apologies should have been private. By making the apology public all the OP has done is put SOME people off ever meeting him. I am one of those people. I don't know what went on. However it suggests after few drinks the OP can change in behaviour.

As others have already noted the irony in this post is unintentionally hilarious.

I have a very simple rule in life - if someone or something is likely to bring hassle or drama in my life then I don't want to know. The OP has said himself that he can't remember what went on, the acceptance of the apology is noticeably muted. Swinging clubs and swinging socials need to be a safe environment. So i stand by my ci

comments and condemnation of the OP'S behavior.

You wasn't the only one.

I fucked up too big time, and not for the first either, I have said Sorry in Private. But because of what happened it has made me look at what i really want out of this site and my lovely partner Ted. Changes are going to be made but because i want it and not for others telling me.

It was the best club that i have been too with the best atmosphere... But with lack of sleep and a 4 hour drive, no food, the mixture of drinks from the pub, to vodka shots etc did not make a good night..... Like i have said to others "If i could do the night again it would be VERY different"...........Ruby

PS: if anyone was to get to know well, you would know that i am not like i was on Saturday at all..........

To the OP, irrespective of what happened - don't ever let a female stranger telly you "Well I won't be meeting you for a shag then!",.. she;s simply admitting she fancied you even though you had no clue who she was and now throwing toys out
