Have pulled a muscle in my back from going to the damn gym Grrrrr.

It's really painful, almost knocks the wind out of me at times lol

Am taking some pain killers I got given for abdominal cramps but not sure if I should getsome didifferent ones from the docs or just man up.

Am off for a medicinal Jacuzzi now to see if that eases it off. Want it to go away so I can go out and do my W6R3 25 minute run lol

London & Edinburgh

Careful with painkillers, I suffer from a sore back often after an operation many years ago and the problem with painkillers is you then hurt it worse as you cannot feel the pain! Rest it as much as possible, sorry if this seems obvious advice! x

Tiger balm is good....another thing you need to try is ice pack for 15 minutes and then a hot water bottle for 15 minutes. Whichever eases the pain use that for an hour...hope it gets better though!

Saw your header and though you were saying you'd copped off with a body builder. (soz)

Seriously a bit of none strenuous swimming and you may get out the pool forgetting it had ever happened in the first place

Ok so my medicinal Jacuzzi turned into 100 lengths of the small pool and then a Jacuzzi lol

Not sure that has helped my back
