I was recently reading an article regarding a theory of whether sex is consensual unless it has verbally been agreed just prior to the act ?

In practise how often have you requested sexual intercourse verbally with fab partners or indeed in a relationship just before it's initiated ?

It tends to be more via body language and actions at that given point in time surely ?

Will there be a day whereby both parties are required to sign a document of consent prior to actuating sex with a partner of choice ?

I hope not as I when I get to that point I generally don't have a pen in my hand.

The first time I do have a conversation, after that it tends to be more spontaneous unless it's in those situations where you do the "fancy some?" verbal cue.
