can not sleep ;-(

southampton-ish

have no idea what I have done to it...but since this morning shoulder really hurting. Since about 10 this evening can hardly even lift right arm and any movement extremely painful( typing with 1 hand at the mo..lol.)Have not been able to sleep

started gradually this morning...like i slept on it wrong or something, but by 10pm could hardly lift arm or rotate shoulder without being in agony...

...now, typing with one hand is only a temporary solution lol

On a more serious note, did you try putting on some ice? or maybe even some heat rub on it..that could help x if not, take some paracetamol and try and get some rest.

..if the above does not work, let me put on my doctor's outfit and i shall look after you

have been trying all the above( kids even let me use their Cars and Disney Princess icepacks..lol have given up on sleep though for tonight I think as can not get into a position it does not hurt in

thanks... unfortunately worse so have managed to get doc apt for 11:20
