bored so going for a shower then bedtime

thats if the pesky hot flushes dont keep

me awake like they did last night.

why cant i have them in winter would

save me loads on heating bills

It's sods law, you only want to cool down but it's hot and sticky in your bed

no im pretty lucky they not leave me

soaking wet with wet bed clothes like some

women get but they are so uncomfortable

when you feel you are burning up

Aparantly sage is suppose to be great for night sweats
