I wish I could sleep for days, instead of being bored and awake.

God no....work is keeping me busy!!!

Go and do some volunteering somewhere....get some routine even if its in a charity shop or a homeless drop in centre.....do something!!

I'm awake for days then sleep for days. Getting a sleep pattern isnt easy. Its easy for others to say go and do stuff without knowing the facts

In all fairness diamond he said he was bored and awake....yes it's easy for us to say to go and do something but I have a shit sleep pattern and still have a routine....

Based on previous threads about being unemployed I guessed this was the reason for him being bored when awake rather than anything else.

Only boring people are bored chylly, go for a walk, sometimes it's nice for just a chance get of scenery. I often go off on a walk, sit and watch the world go by, it's amazing what you notice
