getting wound up

Do you ever get wound up by something you know you don't really need to, but for some reason it gets your goat...?

in my case I know I need not worry, yet for some reason it's completely had me spitting feathers...

And if it happens what do you do to ignore it... Which is what I really want to do? Xxx

I pop my earphones in bump up my music loudy and sing along!!

Always guaranteed to take off what ever is annoying me and probably annoys others as my singing is awful

I do get annoyed and I tend to vent to my OH or my friends.

There is someone who copies me all the time. It really bloody irritates me and no amount of 'imitation is the highest form of flattery' will appease me. I know it's a silly, unimportant thing, but it annoys me.

Yes I am worse if tired... Although currently it's hormonal.. and I think for me that's the real issue today.. and I just took the bait and responded...

When really I should have laughed and just moaned to my friends about it.. which to be fair is mostly what I did lol
