ive got a tear in my eye ...having a sort out of the last few boxes containing my old life..its taken me 5 years!!! and ive come across a handmade mothers day card from my son it must be from when he was about 8 ??

hes put this verse in it

roses are red

telephones are plastic

disco is dead

but u are fantastic !!

and this one

my pen is blue

my ink is pale

my love for you will never fail !!!

he was so in touch with his feminine side wasnt he ?? and still is ... he has so many women friends who all adore him !!

was gonna burst the bubble ive just found his stash of transformer comics circa 1986......is wondering if they might be ebay fodder ????

Haven't done it for my other half

but done it for both my parents

It is one of the ardest things you ever have to do, you laugh you cry is very very cathartic

Got my 1st fathers day card off All my kids makes me cry, but the first one they made at School love it. Call me a fool, but I have framed them and they hang in my Kitchen as it's the room I love to be in apAart from my bedroom lol xxo

I have kept a lot of Mothers day cards and gifts that my daughter made when she was at infant school, precious things indeed. Shes 20 now!

all I have are memories,

ill come and help !! ive been putting it off but its very cathartic and it does clear your head for sure ..oh and ive found some lovely pictures of my dad id been hiding so im going to get them out !! and a diary i kept when i went on a tour of europe with the school when i was 13 ....all written in my very bestest handwriting !
