No, No, not SEX (although that’s been a while too LOL) – My Mountain Bike!

I just love mountain biking but I crashed badly and injured my shoulder back at the beginning of October and I haven’t been able to ride since. However my physiotherapist says I can now ride as long as a take it easy and don’t go on any proper bumpy trails for now.

It’s been a brilliant sunny morning here, so I fixed a puncture and I’ve been out for 20 minutes into the sports centre for 2 or 3 miles. It felt Fan-tastic to be on the bike again. I’m off to the theatre in Salisbury with friends to see a comedy tonight soooo…..

I'm feeling so good I've forgiven all the non-replies.
