I cook a Sunday lunch every Sunday, either Chicken, Pork, Beef or Lamb.

If Chicken I also throw the carcass onto our flat roof at the back and watch a red kite swoop down and take it.

The red kite is around every Sunday, screeching for Chicken and clearly upset if its not a roast Chicken Sunday!!

Really? You're advertising on a swinging forum that you're not tight? We all have different preferences but i reckon most blokes would prefer it if you were.

I don't bother with a roast just for myself, so it will be a steak dinner instead.

Got a nice piece of rump to share with the pets, I shall have it with onion rings, chips and salad, along with some fried garlic pieces, to be washed down with a large glass of red.

our main meal the majority of days includes meat, veg and potato of some form..

Doesnt necessarily have to take hours to achieve unless im cooking out at my grandparents and do a leg of lamb. If we are having chicken often cook that the day before and have it cold.

When it comes to food. I take what I fancy or atleast try to. Even though I love my Sunday dinner. I don't have it often and I don't believe you should have it just on a Sunday and you should have it when you want. Nothing beats waking up and having a full English breakfast. Sitting down a few hours later to watch the football and having Sunday dinner to go with it and thank you for mentioning "homemade Yorkshire Puddings" as I really fancy them now " lol
