Tesco's do a tin of ras el hanout spice mix, theirs is a particularly nice one. It's for using as a rub or in your tagine. xx

Found an electric slow cooker to be better and easier to keep clean than a taggine.....

Not something I would use on a regular basis, and it takes up a lot of room!

this tagine comes as a set with diffuser and spices too and recipe book.

All authentic...

A bargain too.

Got a slow cooker but always wanted a tagine.

I did have an authentic tagine but it cracked, and it was a bitch to keep clean when stuff gets baked on.

After that I started doing my Moroccan dishes in my slow cooker and to be honest they taste absolutely no different.

Absolutely, a tagine does look better on a table at a dinner party than a slow cooker bowl.

Love making a massive batch of Eight hour sticky pork ribs in my slow cooker.

I thought it was a tangerine, hence my oranges and clementine post earlier

Likes Dinner parties....but usually the ones where the waiting staff wear skimpy outfits and then end up on the top of the table covered in our dessert.
