Hi - we also posted this in the Scotland Forum, but we have friends from other parts of the UK too

We joined about 18 months ago and genuinely had issues with childminders thus restricting our availability.

Unfortunately this resulted in a few thinking we were time wasters - even though the 2 meets we ever managed to arrange resulted in noshows from the other parties (not including a last minute "my wife is not well" - and funnily enough the message "User no longer registered" appeared within 2 days)

Anyway - we have met and chatted to a select few lovely couples from here and hope to catch up with many more - there are so many genuinely nice people here and it has been great fun !!

PS - to anyone who blocked us in the past thinking we were time wasters - please think again - we are actually genuine and maybe even worth a meet LOL

I know where you're coming from with young children, finding the time to play ... Etc.

But patience and perseverance are the key to success
