No, it's a diet so as soon as the diet is over the weight will slowly creep back on and you end up back where you started! Then the process is repeated again.

Ideally the person needs an all out lifestyle change and simply eat the right amounts of the right foods and you'll end up at the right weight.

Just my thoughts, personally I think fad diets are crap. Some maybe useful for a flush the system out type thing but for permanent weight loss I don't agree with them.

no but if you can loose that much im googling it

tho im guessing to loose a stone in 6 days its mostly fluid loss and dehydration, I bet you don't maintain that weight loss for long

Anyone that loses weight at that speed are putting themselves at risk.

Particularly if the reason is a "diet pill".

If i was you I'd recomend she consult a doctor pretty urgently

Oh fuck me I've just googled it!

The "miracle" diet drops work as long as you only consume 500 calories a day. So nothing to do with the diet drops, everything to do with restricting calorie intake to a dangerously low level.

I've just googled it too and I think I'll stick to the healthy eating I've been doing for the last 18 - 20 months. It may have taken me five times longer to lose the same weight but I'm pretty sure the way I do it is better!

But do they show photos of them 12 months later when they've put it all back on and then some?

Don't tell me - you just happen to have some for three low low monthly payments of £39.95?

Anyone who loses weight that fast will have all sorts of health issues, not least of which will be hair loss, and the loose skin will be a right pain to get rid of. Slow and sure is always best.

A stone?????? Not good!!!! Two pound a week is ample, healthy, safe , and maintainable.

This weight loss is mostly water weight, small fat percentage, and lean muscle, which is exactly what you don't want, as muscle loss will slow your metabolism, and have a detrimental effect on your body tone.

Considering a pound of fat is equivalent to 3500 calories, this is not good. And there's going to be some serious nutrient deficiencies involved here.

It's impossible for a calorie deficit with exercise not too work.

Wouldn't recommend looking for the magic fat loss pill or solution

I've just lost 7lb in a week by increasing my exercise and eating healthy..

didn't cost me anything either..

a stone in 6 days is dangerous... And a loss like that only leads to rapid weight gain as soon as you start eating normally again.

Can't believe anyone is really stupid enough to pay extra when obviously eating that few calories leads to weight loss. X
