Isn't mojo more about the sexual confidence you have and the way people respond to you because of it, and libido the sexual urge? Maybe wrong but that is why they conjure up in my head....

They're inversely proportional. The more your libido takes over the more you lose your mojo. Girls can smell desperation.

To me, the former relates to sex only, whereas the latter relates to life in general, so yes there is a difference between the two.
