I feel such a idiot right now

Just been putting my new Vax hoover together and noticed the tools seemed to be missing, so I rang customer services like ya do, waited on hold for 10 minutes like ya do. Went through all the call centre crap finally got through to a very helpful chap who went through everything with me asked me what was missing then he put me on hold whilst he checked to see what I needed. Came back to me a and asked if I had checked inside the extension tube for the missing item, yep you've guessed it there it was. What an effin idiot I am

You arent alone. I forgot to take the transportation bolts out of the washing machine recently. Never heard such a racket or seen a washing machine move as much as a result. In my defence Argos forgot the instructions and I forgot about the bolts (until the washing machine reminded me)

I spent 20 minutes trying to work out where a wee bit of plastic went on my new Hoover, apparently the security tag doesn't actually have to be attached to the Hoover and can be disposed of
