Reserved a bookcase today to collect from store. Went to store and asked if i could pick it up from the loading bay or if i could have help to the car. No they said to either not allowed. Get a shopping trolley and take it that way.we can help balance it on there they said. How will i get it to and into my car i said. Not our problem they said. My answer...stuff it then

Good for you !! Health and safety has gone crazy!!

In My last job we had to load the trolly and put everything in the customers car. All part of the service

I'd make a complaint to there head office and kick of ad thay are ment to put the customer 1st there just lazy bastards that don't want to help cuz thay cant be assed

When I bought a TV recently, a nice young chap brought it out on a trolley and put it in my boot. That's how it should be done.

bought a telly a few weeks ago and they insisted on helping me to my car with it and helping me load it in my boot, even though it was a super slim led and was as light as a feather

thats dreadful customer service ,i wanted some things on sunday from the store as pontefrcat one is in a precinct but you can collect items from back door went to wakefield instead .got a carpet shampooer

young guy said to me .do you want me to carry it for you ,i said is it heavy .he said no not too heavy ,so i said i'll carry it so again he says if you need a hand just say .when i went outside aguy was out helping some one else .different stores must have rude staff
