Wait until the big buggers get you, then see how you feel.

I don't know what it was. I know I've seen them pesky little thunderbug things which make you itch terribly.

And at night I'm jumping round the room like a mad woman swatting daddy longlegs.

Meanwhile the cat is laying beside me claiming compete innocence

He said "I know nuffin"

I found Frontline became ineffective last year. A web search seemed to suggest fleas could resist it in some areas. Had a bad outbreak. Now using Advantage. No problems so far.

From what the rspca told me Advantage covers worms and flea's, not ticks. That's fine for indoor cats who don't play in long grass.

I still use frontline, which covers flea's and ticks but not worms. I worm my cat separately by tablet.

I'm pretty sure it's been mentioned before but Avon Skin So Soft is an effective insect repellent. I like the dry oil spray after showering, smells delicious and keeps the biting buggers at bay

Advantage 40 for Small Cats, Dogs, and Rabbits - 4 pipettes. Defo for fleas and does ear mites also.

Not many pussies complain of being oiled up.. so I'm told
