Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I inherited one at a company I ran for a few years. I stopped her in her tracks after one more dramatic outburst by telling her that there could only be one prima donna in the organisation and it was going to be me. I then showed her the bit on my business card with my job title and told her is translated as prima donna.

They can be funny.

She did and I called her back and told her any further behaviour like that would result in disciplinary action in future. We actually made a pretty formidable team when we were pulling in the same direction.

I knew someone like that, but in Mental Health it wasn't the kind of staff I appreciated.
