Won't meet smokers

We get so many mails from single guys where it says on their profile 'won't meet smokers', yet we are both smokers. It's funny when we have a look shortly after we mail them back pointing this out, to see that they've suddenly changed their mind and suddenly become smokers.

I always point it out and they always say they don't mean they won't and its a mistake. Having said that the site does default to 'won't meet smokers' so I give them the benefit of the doubt.

I am non smoker never have never will but will meet smokers not my fault they are not right in the head

Seriously though if i have a meet with smokers at their place and they smoke as long as its not blown right in my face then no issues as i make a concious decision and that if in their house i go by their rules and respect their choice.

However if the meet is at my place i expect and to be fair let folk know no smoking in my house and most so far have been ok.

Its about respecting each other rules and boundaries.

Ive even found those who have it hand written they dont meet smokers, actually meeting smokers.

I'd find it hard that anyone can have things like socials/parties/clubs as an interest and not 'meet' smokers

maybe if they said ,. we wont have sex with people who smoke fair enough.. however i have read lots of pish about smokers smelling etc etc..I have went on meets in the past, not had a cigarette around the meet and they never said anything

anyway, up to them I'm not stopping so I can get more meets

Nope I wouldn't contact them... but when they contact me I point it out.

If they change it fair enough.. If they claim its a mistake and dont change it I wouldn't meet them...

I think its called desperation..... when its on offer the rules go out the window, thankfully we stick by our rules and we are not stopping smoking just because some folks dont like it....isn't it wonderful we are all different.

Some smokers refrain if theyre with a non smoker. Id prefer not to be with a smoker but we cant always have what we want. Ive prob been with more smokers than non smokers

We were both smokers 8 weeks ago and both decided to give up which we have successfully done so with no aids. We honestly thought this would lead to more meets as there were more non smokers than smokers in the area. Big fail on that part but still willing to meet smokers and not going to be an anti smoker with attitude

we found this as well. Told them to re-read our profile as had it clearly written, we would then get the 'oh we dont mind as long as you dont turn up smelling of smoke'! Doh we were smokers.
