Seems that when you send a message they read and then keep it! But don't reply or delete it.

Understand ppl don't live for this site but simple yes, no, maybe could help!

Or am I going to get a massive influx of messages soon lol!!

Any ideas y this happens??

"

She's either gonna message you back later

Or she hasn't clicked delete yet.

Or

She didn't think much of the message.

Wait and see..

But I find a follow up of "why the hell ain't you responded to me!" - normally gets dome sort of reaction.

Yes, that's what he meant when he said, 'gets some sort of reaction', ie not in a good way

If it was a 'yes', she would probably have replied. So it's a maybe (maybe they need to discuss it) or a no. Don't send a follow-up, or a 'maybe' will become a definite no.

See all the previous threads on this topic and don't obsess about the status of your sent items.

Uh..er...nah.

It's only pushy if you do it more than 3 times consecutively

I block delete every so often!

Stop concentrating on your sent messages and just on what is in your inbox! That way you may get a pleasant surprise!

Stop reading too much into it. I never delete messages, just wait until they disappear.

If a person does not reply back then it's a no.

Some women on this site earn 0.00000001p per click for every time a guy checks to see if his message has been read or deleted, some are making a great living at it

Best way of looking at it. Although sure I have had one or two left read but undeleted....Its just wishful thinking. If they are interested they would reply relatively soon after reading. By that I mean a few days not hours!

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

Ignore your sent box. It'll drive you crazy otherwise. Just send and move on.

If I don't get their national insurance number and bank acc details after my 10th message in a row [all read but not deleted], I block and delete. Timewasters!

We reply to most but some we just can't be arsed.

Follow up messages asking why no reply usually get a message telling why and a block

We all use this site in different ways and for different reasons. Concentrate on the ones that do answer and forget the ones that don't... It's as simple as that!
