it sure is an eye opener , and an insight into the daily lives and relationships of the various people that appear , and pour out there troubles , on national tv

mr kyle does a wonderfull job of finding out who is telling fibs or not , and who is the DNA daddy , they also have first class councillors , and a large crew of researchers back stage working like beavers

there is only one thing missing , a ferkin .... DENTIST !

I think he's a little too dramatic and patronising, on his tv prog, but he's a great radio presenter on TalkSport.

Every tv show is the same, ie cheating spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend etc.

However, his viewing figures are constantly good, and if he wasn't popular he wouldn't be there, so what do I know

I remember when I was off work once and this came on the TV, lasted about 5 minutes before I turned the telly off, just awful, why anyone would want to put their private lives on daytime TV escapes me completely

Jeremy Kyle is a vile, vindictive ego-maniac who believes that he alone is right on almost every issue he's ever tried (unsuccessfully) to tackle on his 'show'.

He belittles his victims, ridicules them, leaves them no argument in defence and then switches tack halfway through (usually after they admitted to being a total scumbag because they can't suffer any more of his constant barrages, bit like Gestapo torture huh?), and then offers everyone counselling.

This, from a man who tried to lure a 16y/o as decribed in a post above.

Jeremy Kyle is a hypocrite at best and a potential peadophile at worst.

That judge had it right when he described it as "human bear baiting".

Yeah! Right-on! It's outrageous, and I wouldn't watch it at all, total garbage for the lowest common denominator.

Well not watched it that often but it does seem like an intelligent man (well I assume he is ) making fun of people who clearly don’t have the whit and intelligence to realise they are going to be humiliated on national tv. Its far too cringe worthy for me as he does abuse his errrr “Guests” I think he calls them. Is it acceptable to bully them in the way he does? Well in my opinion not to sell ITV advertising space it doesn’t.

What we love is that it is well known that the great example of small man syndrome that is Kyle is a massive compulsive gambler - has lost fortunes and this gives him the right to moralise over the folk of glasgow and other council estates. Glass houses and stones spring to mind

I think District Judge Alan Berg said it best when he noted it was "trash" existing "to titillate bored members of the public with nothing better to do".

This was after one of the guests headbutted another one during filming.

In sentencing he was reported saying "It seems to me the purpose of this show is to effect a morbid and depressing display of dysfunctional people whose lives are in turmoil."

Adding it was "human bear baiting under the guise of entertainment."

Enough said.

And if he's going to America can we please make sure its a one way ticket.

what i don't understand who in their right minds would want to air their personal problems/differences on live tv.

A woman in next road to me was on the show and silly bugger advertised it in local shop windows, how daft , it was like usual, a slanging match. The things some people will do amazes me lol washing their dirty laundry in public. Its worse then Judge Judy hehe

i think anyone who applies to go on it should be deported to a wee island somewhere there u go half of the social problems solved!! just as long as there is a fake burberry shop and off license they will be fine and the rest of us get peace!!!

Even if someone refuses to take part in the show Kyle will still have the other half on, listen to the sob story, then right at the end he'll say, "And guess what? So-and-so refused to take part, what does that tell you!"
