as the title says thank you all for your advice, support,love and caring.

You have all been fantastic and I feel humbled by your genorosity,

My Mum has the op at 7.30 in the morning so will keep you guys posted.

When I left she was complaining about how awful the bloody food was lol.

On a lighter note I managed to break into the drug store and got me some high grade H and a load of Morphine lol

and the multi storey has about 15 cars on bricks lmao

Right Im complaining I never got any morphine!!!

Glad you know your mum is doing fine now hun.

PS I didnt think the food was that bad but then I always had the veggie option

There can be so much bitching, and niggling in the forums, but when it comes down to it in this little cyber world of ours, if you are alone afraid unsure or worried, there are so many lovely peeps who will extend the hand of friendship or envelope you in a virtual hug. This thread proves that.

Good luck to both of you.

Not sure if your mum is going to have chemo or radiotherapy after the surgery. If she does, then she'll feel a bit weak afterwards. So she'll appreciate some help around the house and shopping etc...

Ah good luck Jimmy. as the other threads imply fab is a good place to be. there are times that we share the tough things we are going thru, or we just forget them for a short while when we are on. each helps and its good to feel the support and warmth from people.

i myself have benefitted from this site on numerous occasions. some stuff i have shared and other things i havent. but each time i have been helped just knowing that this site is here.

all being well, perhaps we may get to see you at Barnsley
