Have you left Fab then come back, rejuvenated, ready for a new approach?

Aside from the obvious reasons for leaving like:

My wife caught me messaging everyone within a square mile of my house.

My mum took the phone off me.

Woe is me the single male with no meets.

Why did you leave or for the comedians why would you leave.

I left after getting abusive emails about a forum post....now I have a different approach to forums....over to those remotely interested on a hot day.

i just got really pissed off with a few things and was immature about a situation (not that i can remember specifics) threw my toys out the pram and left

another time i honestly felt happy.. was smitten with a guy id met. Re joined when it went tits up.

We actually deleted our profile a year ago and now have joined back up, no dramatic reason other than between doing a house up and busy things going on at work, we knew there wasn't time sometimes to even make a coffee, let alone the copious amount of time I spent on the forums so easier to forget it for a while until we had more spare time to enjoy it again x

I removed my welsh38g profile in a childish tantrum coz my fb didn't turn up and didn't inform me til gone midnight he wasn't coming, cue deletion !!! Only to be found on my new profile I made ten minutes after deleting the old, exceptionally childish behaviour!!!

I left in August last year as I'd decided I was going to leave swinging and was in a monogamous relationship... That lasted 3 weeks! I'm back now and going nowhere!

We've never left the site but then we've never been hugely active on it. We have a FB off-site so come around from time to time in the chance a fem / bi cpl reveals themselves.

Ahh its good to throw a teddy out now and again....no-one really gets affected on here by us leaving....and deep down we know it.

I left because of hassle! An ex fb was setting up profiles to spy on me and giving me grief

He can FRO now though and I'm here to stay lol

No I wouldn't leave, when we are not playing or we are busy I will hide the profile. Seems a bit daft to delete entirely.

If though it was something we were giving up eg the scene then yes I would delete my account.

And that's a problem. I almost disappeared the other day...no teddy throwing....but a message came up showing statistically I'm likely to come back.....and of course be persona non gratis with no veri.

Which is fine....allows you to read forums etc, but for many we just simply decide no more, for whatever reasons, and disappear, then something nags us....curiosity? Addiction? The horn ? And we tumble back in.

Guess were all here for different reasons. Some leave to start afresh, some out of guilt some because the concept has run its course. Always interesting to return and see who the die hards are
