I always thought they were the best. But someone else moaned about them recently. O2 are shite for me. It's my work phone too - very annoying.

It seems a bit patchy down that way - I just checked the signal coverage map and it is a bit hit and miss over the Exmoor way.

Oddly, when I was in Bideford the other week it was a really good signal.

You can get a 3G signal booster, though its £100 for one.

Probably cheaper to go with a different provider!

I have been with vodafone for years and I have noticed their coverage and availability, particularly 3G is getting worse. The biggest problem is when I am in London, I can never get a decent signal down there.

I am with vodafone and a few months back in our area we had no signal for weeks because they were upgrading the mast. I was on their case everyday and i did get some money taken off my bill in the end. Even now it is dodgy and the signal used to be perfect before they started playing around with everything ruby

It would be with establishing if the problem is the signal/coverage in your area or the phone instrument.

Are you able to try the SIM in another phone for a day or so?

Just a thought.

Bet the 4G signal will be great in your area. Complain and they give you a sure signal.
