Friends and family were invaluable for me, just having someone to talk to really, big hugs for you and keep your chin up x

Dont jump into casual sex too soon, spend time with friends, give yourself as much time as you need to heal, do things that you enjoy.

I'm a bit confused as you've been on Fab for 9 months Have you just broken up? Or still suffering?

Took me a long time to get over my cheating ex and I agree with a previous post that maybe just chatting on here would be best for now. Good luck.

Keep active so you take your mind off it and hopefully you'll be so tired at the end of the day you won't have time to feel sad.

Don't sit around thinking about it all day. You'll drive yourself nuts and even more depressed. It's a slippery slop.

Don’t try and rush through the feeling and mixed emotions you have,,,,

Take time to unpack the positive and negative aspects of the situation and stack them in order of priority that leaves you feeling that you are in a better place to enjoy whatever the future brings,,

Get photographs you may have lying around of said person and any little momentoes and put them away so you aren't looking at them, delete text messages, emails....then what Soxy said.
