" In one such lesson there were 15 boys and 16 girls,,,, and from what I’ve been told since leaving that school.... only 2 of the male students and 9 of the females now survive… " Hey Soxy, wouldn't it be bizarre if that other male also wore frocks. That could be the key to survival

"School reunions are not something I'd be keen on attending, mostly because I don't really keep in touch with anyone from that time and I've no real desire to either... I originally went to an all boys school before being force transfered to a mixed sex school after my old school closed as apart of a educational restructuring scheme.. In the new school students were put in daily registration class, but we did not stay with those students for lessons,,,,,,( unlike in my old school) Each subject taught at the new school involved attending a lesson where the student number was made up from pupils drafted from a number of registration classes, so basically each subject lesson involved being taught with a different mix of pupils ….. In one such lesson there were 15 boys and 16 girls,,,, and from what I’ve been told since leaving that school.... only 2 of the male students and 9 of the females now survive… Which is a fairly scary statistic,,,,and I have no idea why the mortality rate of that class is so high, it just appears to be one of those things..... " Fancy that, Funky Monkey was in your school year.
