Dilemma !

Forum party at cupids, excited muchos, but alas ... working a night shift, do I fain sickness! Which means I will trigger, so therefore get disciplined :/ always a goody two shoes in work... Or do I throw caution to the wind grit my teeth and just go for it??

I have to work the sunday day time so not sure i will make it unless i drink a gallon of redbull and eat a packet of proplus

They certainly can if he goes over their policy, a lot of firms go down the road of procedure if three occasions of sickness are used in a twelve month period. Him using the word trigger may of course be his last occasion.

Personally I'd tell them you need the evening off and make up the time at a mutually agreeable date.

It would be my first trigger, but I'm a bit of a softie were works concerned, guessing I may try for annual leave, difficult on a Saturday night, but yes there will be more! So may be there may not
