Just made this recommendation on another thread and can safely say it won't upset your lady bits as its a natural cure for a lady bits problem as well!

Live natural yogurt will take the sting away.

I always smother myself in coconut oil, and amazingly never burn, I just go a nice olive/brown colour! Coconut oil is great for sunburn and a whole host of other problems!
