try opening a window on the other side of the house at the same time with no doors closed between them, as more chance of getting a through draft if there is any wind

if there's nothing you'll have to go naked and run around creating your own draft

Sitting naked on a towel with the fan blowing on my feet.. try it.. or get a towel wet and wrap over feet will cool u off a treat .

We had this problem in Torbay last night, at 11pm it was still 24c outdoors and there was zero breeze....

At the moment it is 21c outside and 27c inside my place.....again zero breeze.

there is a slight breeze every now and again but not enough to cool it down much. A cool shower then sitting on a towel to dry off in the warm air worked at cooling me down.

Had to go for a drive in the car earlier in order to cool down with the air con on.

The dog is struggling with the heat too, however, he loves going to Sandbanks and went into the sea the first time this evening!

If possible open windows on two floors.

Heat escapes out of the upper window, sucks in cooler external air below.
