Ok, just got the chicken out of the oven to rest....and the skin looked reeeet good....tried a bit.....let the cats try a bit too...and whoops its all gone

Recon i can blag it and say it was skinless bird?

Skin = best bit of the chicken/duck IMHO!

The pets only ever get to eat the meat, as I always eat the skins!!!
