Never been this size before always been size 8/10 but had some very bad things happen to me and left me comfort eating so I know that's where this fats come from lol x | |||

Another tip is not to buy biscuits, cakes etc, because if they're not in your cupboard you won't eat them and will have to resort to fruit instead." Iv always got my fruit bowl full I haven't had no biscuits in my biscuit tin for month, nor cakes etc.. another tip for everyone who's dieting never shop on a empty belly lol ull see bad things that you want lol xx | |||
