36 to 30 in 12 months

Just been and got some new jean shorts and thought I'd try a couple of different sizes on, and yes I now fit into a 30 inch waist. I haven't been able to get into any for at least 10 years.

Shame the same thing can't happen with age

I honestly haven't been on a diet, its just leading a healthier and more active lifestyle
