Tips or ideas for me to stop bitting my nails please I have to grow them now asI ppromised max I would not bite them and he has promised me a reward if I do it xx

Is there a coating that you can put on your nails that tastes foul, I remember years back my sister having some put on her nails. it worked for her, I don't think it will harm your nail polish either.

Yeah I used it on my kids to stop them biting theirs, it's a few quid from Boots

Have some acrylic or gel nails fitted, maintenance is a pain but you get instant nice nails and you'd not enjoy biting them.
