A world of my own

Well I have just my weetabix, with warm milk and brown sugar.. Not sure yet about lunch which I generaly have mid/late afternoon, thinking roast beef, mash, roast potatoes and honey roasted carrots and parsnips with gravy of course, or maybe chicken with dauphinoise potoatoes to which I will add a touch of garlic.

I don't tend to eat later in the evenng unless its a little snack. What you all having today?

I had sex for breakfast.

Not sure about lunch....got a friend coming up to Notts so may eat out

And for tea, chicken casserole that i was going to do for last night but ended up going out!!!

I'll be making fried rice for dinner later, got loads of duck/chicken/oriental ribs to use up, yum yum as I love fried rice!
