benefits of chocolates

I am aware that there are a few drawbacks to eating too many sweets but can you guys think of benefits .my 1st thought is jaffa cakes if you eat a whole box then you must consume enough orange to constitute one of your 5 day are there others

I had a single square of organic dark chocolate with orange oil today. It was perfect and did the job. I haven't had any other chocolate today.

Just got back from Cadburys World and they make it sound wholesome what with all the fat they take out. They give you loads of freebies too so I think it must be really good for you...
