An irony of the gym is that women typically tend to use 'fitness' gyms mainly focussing on weights machines, exercise bikes and treadmills, whilst guys are better of in 'weights/bodybuilding' gyms where the emphasis is on free weights. Whilst this helps keep focus on your workouts it does make meeting gym bodied members of the opposite sex trickier!
