i sometimes turn the shower onto cold after a nice hot shower. its supposed to be good for your hair (closes the pores or something) plus i get hot and bothered when getting ready to go out if i dont lol

Hoy showers are best. They make you cool down. Cold showers make you sweat more as your body tries to warm up.
