Can't meet fabsters at mine " This- although I get mine via a friends company who do skills exchanges with other companies, so I have a private arrangement and know who is coming in advance. My sister has quite a few houses and always does comprehensive checks (as well as using a rental service who she negotiated with on commission). Make sure you specifically prohibit people running any sort of business from the house- she had a nightmare with that before when she got her first properties | |||
