I am only warm in direct sunlight, but sat at this desk, my hands are cold. Oh and I am sat here with a t-shirt and jumper on.

(I know the reason why btw, just wondering if anyone else is like me)

I'm hot and dreading putting clothes on and heading out and onto the tube.

Move around a bit more to get your circulation going. Change your desk so that it's in direct sunlight. Wear some gloves.
