Had a problem with screen freeze this morning whereby the phone was locked but I couldn't unlock it as any touch screen actions performed do not register. I therefore tried a reboot which did initially work but later on the same screen freeze occurred. I have now done a full factory reset however when the phone restarts I now have a screen displaying use google location and it requires a touch screen finish button which does not work .. going in circles here .. anyone got any ideas how to get out of this loop please ?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace II, not had any problems with it, why not take it back to the shop for advise
