Whipped cream

Grated chocolate

As we are talking pudding's how about this one to impress your guests....

when i was training to be a chef we were asked to come up with something that was very different from the norm...

I invented the " Chocolate Cabbage"

You have to buy a decent Savoy Cabbage so that you can get the grains that you want.

Choose the leaves carefully so that you have a curve around each other and different size's....

Melt down different types of chocolate, plain, milk and white all works well.

lighty oil the leaves and then paint the chocolate on the grainy side of the leaf. let dry and do again.

Slowly peel the cabbage leaf away (the hardest part of the pudding) and you are left with what looks like a cabbage leaf.

When you have a certain amount of leaves, make a chocolate mouse and mold it into a ball.

Put this in the center of a plate and put your cabbage leaves on by tucking the smaller ones to start with and working out

Finished product "A chocolate Cabbage"

Break off a bit of leaf dip in the mouse and eat

This has been a center piece om many buffets...Ted has even sampled it
