What can you do with tequila apart from the usual shots? I have a bottle and not sure what to do with it

Add a decent splash to beef or chicken with onions, chilli garlic coriander fresh lime juoce and allow to marinade for few hours and make a delicious fajitas ..... Just neck what's left of the tequila. x

Tequila is the only alcoholic drink, & I always drink 'top shelf' straight, that makes me wanna throw up.
